What we hold, and how to make us stop.
This page covers the website at theoneapp.net and the business email we send from it. The One App itself — the product your Retreat Center would log into — is governed by a separate and much longer policy at theoneapp.camp/privacy-policy.

1. What this website collects
Almost nothing, and we would rather say that plainly than pad it out. There is no form on this site, no login, no shopping cart and no newsletter box, so there is nothing for you to type and nothing for us to store.
We set no cookies. We run no analytics product, no advertising pixel and no visitor-tracking script of our own — not Google Analytics, not Meta, not anything else. If you open your browser's privacy tools on this page you will find nothing to block.
The pages are static files served from Amazon Web Services, which records the ordinary web server log of a request: the address requested, the time, your IP address and the browser you used. Every web server on the internet receives those as part of the request; they are kept briefly for security and to tell us whether the site is up, and they are not joined to a name.
The pages load one typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch it, and Google receives that request. That is the only outside company involved in showing you this page.
2. What we hold about you if we emailed you
If an email from this domain is what brought you here, then we hold a business contact record, and it is small: your name, your work email address, your job title where we have it, the Retreat Center or camp you work for and its website or phone number. We may also hold the record of our own correspondence — that a message was sent, whether it bounced, whether it was opened, whether you replied, and the reply itself.
We do not hold, and do not want, anything about the families who come to your camp. Guest information, medical information, children's information and payment details belong to the Retreat Centers that collect them. None of that is in our sales records, and none of it is involved in any way in us writing to you.
3. Where your details came from
Business sources. Your camp's own published website and staff page, public industry directories and association listings, conference and trade-show attendee lists, and in many cases a conversation you or a colleague had with us previously. Some contacts were passed to us by someone at another camp who suggested we speak to you.
We did not buy a consumer list and we did not scrape personal accounts. If you want to know specifically where we got yours, ask and we will tell you — see section 8.
4. Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or trade contact information, and nobody pays us for it.
It is handled by the service providers that run our business software, under contract and only to do the job we hired them for: Amazon Web Services hosts our systems, Google Workspace carries this domain's mail, and we use a customer relationship system to keep track of conversations. They process it on our behalf and may not use it for themselves.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, which so far it never has.
5. How long we keep it
A business contact record is kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterward as a record of it. If you ask to be removed, the opposite applies: we keep the minimum needed to honor that — in practice the email address, so that a future list cannot quietly put you back — and delete the rest. Keeping a suppression record is the only way an opt-out can actually hold.
Web server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated away.
6. How to be removed
One line, to any of these, and you are done:
- Reply to the message you received and say stop.
- Email support@theoneapp.camp.
- Call (833) 409-0033 and tell whoever answers.
No account, no explanation, no form with eleven questions. We run one suppression list across every address and every domain we send from, so asking once covers theoneapp.net, oneappcamp.com and theoneapp.camp together. We will write back once to confirm, and that confirmation is the last message you get.
7. Your rights under state law
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Business contact information is treated differently under several state laws, but we do not propose to argue about that: ask us for any of those four things and we will do it, and we will not require you to prove which state you are in first.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising from this domain. There is no advertising technology on these pages at all.
We will not treat you differently for asking.
