Best for anything urgent, and for checking that an email you received really came from us. We would far rather you called than clicked something you were not sure about.
Goes to The One App Support Team. If you are replying to a message from one of our outreach mailboxes, just reply to it — it is a real mailbox and the reply reaches the person who wrote to you.
Inside the app
Already a client? Open your avatar menu and choose Support. It arrives with your Retreat Center and your account already attached, which saves a round trip.
If you would rather we stopped writing
Say so, in one line, to any address on this page or by replying to the message itself. You do not have to explain and you do not need an account. We suppress the address across every list and every domain we send from — it is one list, so one request covers all of it — and we write back to confirm it is done.
To check that a message is really ours
Mail from Camp Connection Inc comes from theoneapp.camp, theoneapp.net or
oneappcamp.com, and nowhere else. All three publish SPF, DKIM and a DMARC policy of
p=reject, which means a forged message claiming to be from them should be rejected
by your mail provider rather than delivered. We will never ask you for a password, a card
number or a bank detail by email.

Where the product is
This domain is a front door, not the product. The One App itself, with the full tour, the screenshots and the customer video, is at theoneapp.camp. The iPhone app is on the App Store.
